Heal Diabetes Now Review

July 23, 2008

As a part of helping out the readers of my website I have taken the time to review this membership site: " onclick="javascript:urchinTracker('/outbound/willyboy.dwmember.hop.clickbank.net/_br_/');">Heal Diabetes Now ™ Training Program which is available at a subscription price of only $19.97 per month. From the moment of joining, you receive an email every 2-3 days with a download link to a Quick Start .PDF lesson. After the first 7 Quick Start lessons, you then receive an email every 9-10 days with a download link to your 38 Regular .PDF lessons in this 12-month training program. The program is backed-up with a 100% money back guarantee for the first 8 weeks, so if you don’t feel it’s effective, you get your money back. You also may cancel at any time, although I am sure this will not be the case.

To effectively review this product I emailed Patrick Lecky, the author and a Type 2 Diabetic of twenty years. I was able to receive the first 6 of the 45 .PDF lessons. These gave me enough information to determine whether I felt it was worth the subscription fee.

Now bear in mind that Patrick has researched and written these Lessons over a five-year period as part of his monthly Diabetic Warrior Newsletter. They are tested and proven natural foods, recipes, holistic remedies, therapies, treatments, supplements, herbs, etc. that help Type 2 Diabetics heal their condition naturally. While you will begin to see a positive difference in your diabetes within 2 weeks — do not assume that this program will allow you to cure diabetes in a matter of weeks. This is a long-term process that you should respect and understand.

In the next segment, I will review each of the 6 Lessons that I was sent and give you my honest evaluation.

Lesson # 1 How to ELIMINATE DIABETES DRUGS & Insulin Shots For Type 2 Diabetes!

The first Lesson talks about Patrick’s background, how he fights diabetes every day, discusses how his diabetes affected him and how injected insulin made him FAT, and degenerated his blood vessels and his overall body.

“I took insulin until I tipped the scales at almost 300 pounds. Insulin triggered my body to store excess carbohydrates as body fat.” This is an excerpt from the first lesson you receive.

Patrick introduces the first Lesson by discussing his past experiences with diabetes and how it had taken a toll on him. This includes how Patrick was able to get off insulin after 10 years of taking it 2 to 3 times daily. He discusses each step he took in eliminating the need for insulin and how it affected him. He also provides facts on the method he used as well as the products he decided not to use.

This Patrick’s own personal experience and others diabetics can easily relate to what he went through and realise that anything is achievable. Overall it is a great starter Lesson for what I believe to be well worth the subscription fee.

Lesson # 2: Three Magic Therapies That Are Your Keys to Recovery From Diabetes & Also Promotes Blessed Weight Loss!

This Lesson details three therapies that allow you to detoxify and cleanse your inner body to prepare for super healing. Patrick tells you what to avoid and what not to avoid. This Lesson covers each therapy in-depth, explains what each will do, the history and background behind the therapies with personal views, and presents cautions, facts, figures and strategies on getting the most out of each therapy.

Overall this Lesson gives you a great insight into the three top therapies that may recover you from diabetes.

Lesson # 3: Directional juicing and how to apply it to diabetes

Here you’ll learn to create specific, raw vegetable juice combination that will heal the pancreas, stomach and spleen. The pancreas, stomach and spleen are coupled organs and must be treated together.

The Lesson tells you which vegetables to use and what proportions are needed to create the directional juices to heal diabetes.

Patrick definitely thinks of everything. He details the cautions and the supervision you may need whilst you are on your road to curing diabetes. This Lesson is a fine example of the amount of work, research and effort Patrick has gone through, to help others battle diabetes. The Lesson finishes with an assignment on how to test out the juice combinations to see what effects they have on your body. You’ll also receive a chart so that you can record your experiments with the juices, which I must say is an excellent idea.

There is so much bonus material in each Lesson that you just would not expect it. The time it must have taken Patrick to construct such excellent Lessons is unimaginable. I have only been able to review 6 of the 45 lessons and on just this account they are definitely worth every penny.

Lesson # 4: Juice Fasting Vs Water Fasting

Patrick tackles the question of why juice fasting is superior to water fasting. Water fasting and juice fasting were treatment that diabetics used extensively before insulin was discovered in 1922.

Fasting gives the body a vacation by eliminating the chore of digesting food. This increases the energy available for healing and repair. For example, after you’ve eaten the Sunday roast dinner, the first thing you want to do is sleep. That’s because your body is drained of energy from digesting so much food. Digestion can deplete your body of vitality and energy — energy that will better serve to fuel the healing process. A properly conducted fast can be a great strategy to healing diabetes.

The Lesson explains differences between each type of fasting is, and gives the history of both methods. He then explains the scientific justification as to why juice fasting is better than water fasting. Patrick ends the Lesson with contact names, addresses, websites and phone numbers of fasting professionals who will safely supervise your therapeutic juice fast.

Overall this Lesson is GREAT. It definitely convinced me that juice-fasting was an effective treatment well before the discovery of insulin or diabetic drugs. It has lost none of its value and can still be used today. This is a strategy that I will soon be implementing and I believe you should too.

Lesson # 5: How a healing crisis can detoxify you to recover from diabetes

This Lesson focuses on surviving and thriving detoxifying reactions when cleansing your body of toxins, wastes and poisons to bring about an improvement in health. This is a 100% no pain no game Lesson.

As with all of Patrick’s Lessons this one also delivers an easy-to-complete assignment that helps you to progress. Each lesson builds on the previous one, so you’ll be able to see improvement week-by-week and month-by-month.

This Lesson goes totally over the top with information but that’s why I like it. Throughout, the writer explains what may happen while you detox, what you may feel and how the detox is cleansing and healing all your organs including your pancreas.

This Lesson is an “IN DEPTH” explanation at each stage of the healing crisis. Patrick explains what is happening and why, the reactions that your body will feel, why you need to detox, what your symptoms mean, what toxins are eliminated and so much more. The Lesson ends with an assignment that aids you to ease the minor discomfort of the healing crisis.

Lesson # 6: Quick Start and Reminders Checklist

This is a summary of the previous 5 Quick Start Lessons and puts each action item in a checklist form for easy implementation. You get actionable items on how to eliminate diabetes drugs and insulin shots, conducting the juice fast, directional juicing and gutting out detoxification reactions.

All the 6 Lessons I’ve reviewed are clear and concise and written with no “chat” style that is easy to digest and follow step-by-step. With each lesson the writer has included his own favourite techniques or the personal preferences of his subscribers. Also included are warnings where necessary to ensure you are not placed at risk. The Lessons have been written from personal experiences, so you are given well thought out, tested and proven healing strategies that the author has successfully used himself.

The first 6 Quick Start Lessons that arrive every 2-3 days are great, clear, concise strategies, tactics, techniques, therapies, treatments and solid advice with cautions and personal preferences taken from a man who has experienced it all first hand.

After reading the first 6 Lessons, I have come to this conclusion. The program is an outstanding value. I would happily pay $19.95 a month for just these. My impression is that if you’re sincere about healing diabetes — then this program for you! It’s for serious diabetics only. If however, you do not find diabetes to be a dangerous burden, then fine, but if you would rather get rid of it, control it and heal it — then subscribe!

Remember you will also receive a downloadable PDF file delivered by email every 9-10 days for one FULL year. Members receive a total of 45 natural healing diabetes lessons with an assignment to complete.

The lessons are delivered every 9-10 days to allow you the time to test out the advice, complete the assignment and witness the healing in progress.

Causes of diabetes

July 18, 2008

There are many different causes for diabetes both diabetes type 1 and type 2 it is important that you notice the first signs of diabetes. Diabetes is a condition which is caused through not enough insulin being produced by the human body this then causes a high level of glucose in the blood. I am going to explain both the causes and signs of diabetes in both type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes is usually developed in young children or young adults, it usually develops quickly as the pancreas stops producing insulin type 1 diabetes is then treated with insulin shots however a healthy diet including a diabetic diet plan, exercise and managing your weight are all great strategies for controlling your diabetes whether it is type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

The causes of type 1 diabetes are thought to be from an auto immune disease this is basically the human body trying to protect its self against other parts of the body. The human body produces antibodies which attach them selves to the beta cells in the pancreas. The antibodies are thought to be destroying the cells which produce the insulin in the pancreas and therefore have an effect on the rate at which the body produces the insulin.

The causes of diabetes type 2 are increased development of glucose in the liver, insulin abnormalities, genes and the environment. There are many other causes such as obesity, old age, heredity conditions and also alcoholism which can play a role in the occurrence of diabetes.

Type 1 and type 2 diabetes can occur for a number of reasons. The causes of diabetes differ from each person and can have different effects on the human body diabetes may not be noticeable from the first stage.

Fibre in your diabetic diet plan

July 16, 2008

To control and reverse your diabetes you need to plan, measure and act. Plan I mean plan a diabetic diet control what you eat, measure your food intake and act through exercise. Sounds simple does it not, create a diabetic diet plan, exercise and manage your weight.

Well to help control your diabetes fibre is a MUST have in your diabetic diet plan. Fibre helps to control your blood glucose from going to high after you have eaten, as it slows down the digesting of your food.

Fibre also known as “roughage” and scientifically “non-starch polysaccharides” is made up of both soluble and insoluble carbohydrates. There are no calories vitamins or minerals and it is not digested when eaten.

Fibre is recommended in a diabetic diet plan and should be taken at around 25-30 grams per day.

In conclusion diabetes can be controlled and can be reversed if you plan, measure and act. You need to stick to a diabetic diet plan and regular exercise is necessary, ensure the exercise is not too strenuous and measure the amount of calories you will lose per exercise as well as this you need to see what type of exercise has what effects on your body. This will help you create a diabetic diet plan around your exercise and daily life.

Through exercise a controlled diabetic diet plan and managing your weight, you can control your diabetes and in turn reverse diabetes. Read and research all the information you need you can find great products for sale as well to help you, many of which are very informative.

Reverse diabetes in under a month

Diabetes is an increasingly common condition affecting over three million people in the UK alone; most people have a friend or member of the family who has diabetes. The condition is increasing because of many factors, obesity, unhealthier lifestyles and from being plain lazy.

Millions of people are at risk of becoming another patient of diabetes with out even knowing it, if your overweight you are not only putting your self at risk from hundreds of other conditions but also diabetes. People with a family history of diabetes are also more likely to be affected by diabetes.

However you can control and reverse diabetes, although the number of diabetic patients is increasing the number of patients who do not need insulin shots and live a normal lifestyle is also increasing because of these three factors.

The ways to reverse diabetes are:

Exercise, now this should be an important part of anyone’s lifestyle whether they have diabetes or not, it should be something that they make part of their life. However many people are lazy and do not feel the need to exercise, yet people with diabetes can control their diabetes through exercise and in the long term reverse diabetes.
Using a controlled carefully planned out exercising regime you can control your blood levels and help to reverse diabetes.

Dieting, by creating a diabetic diet plan you can dramatically decrease the amount of insulin injections you may need, you can even stop having to take them all together (wouldn’t that be great). Create a diabetic diet plan which contains all the food supplements that you will need for a health diabetic diet.

Weight loss, diabetic weight loss is a great way of reversing diabetes this can be achieved using the two ways I suggested previously.

Overall using these suggestions which are also medically advised you can control and reverse your diabetes. If your sick of having to take insulin injections then try these recommendations, if you need help with a diabetic diet plan or need more information then read and research.

Using these methods I have not only controlled my diabetes but also reversed my diabetes through managing my weight and using a controlled exercising regime whilst sticking to my diabetic diet plan.

If you really want to start to reverse diabetes in under a month then this Heal Diabetes Now Review is definitely for you. You can read my review there and then make your own mind up about the product, however i recommend it to anyone who wants to heal their diabetes.

Symptoms of Diabetes

July 15, 2008

It is a frightening time checking whether or not you have an illness I have done it many times, most of which have never developed in to me actually having a disease or illness however it is human nature to worry and stress about uncertainties. What I am trying to say is if your reading this article with the thought that you may have diabetes then let me tell you diabetes can be dealt with, it can be controlled and it can be cured. It may turn out that you do not have the illness if so you will most likely sense that beautiful feeling right after you find out that what you thought maybe a large problem turns out to be a minor one or not a problem at all, you feel lucky to be alive, safe and secure (we all love that feeling).

Anyways let me move on to the symptoms of diabetes both type 1 and type 2. Type 1 diabetes is the worse case of both and works by the body’s immune system destroying the cells that release insulin this eventually eliminates insulin production with in the body. Type 1 diabetes only accounts for approximately 8% of all people with diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes can develop at any age however is most common to appear during adulthood. Type 2 diabetes is caused by an insulin resistance; basically the body is unable to react properly to insulin. This resistance to react is caused by many factors which include age, obesity and having a high blood sugar throughout a long period of time.

The symptoms of diabetes are

• Excessive thirst and drinking
• Frequent Urination
• Loss of weight
• Excessive hunger and eating
• Excessive fatigue
• Vision changes
• Skin infections
• Gum disorders
• Hair loss
• Feeling unwell
• Dry mouth
• Cuts/Sores taking a long time to heal
• Leg pains
• Itchiness around the Vagina/Penis area
• Often getting thrush
• Cramp
• Constipation

Now obviously if you have glimpsed at this list and realised one or two have symptoms are something that you would consider having, do not panic. If you go through the symptoms of many illnesses you will find this from the minor to the major. However if you have realised that a fair percentage of these symptoms are ones which you are experiencing then you may want to do a little more research and then go and consult a doctor. Symptoms can differ from person to person however generally diabetics experience at least several of the symptoms above.

3 diabetic dieting strategies to losing weight

Many people suffering from diabetes are told that they need to lose weight however losing weight for most people is not as easy as you may think. Losing weight does not just mean cutting out all of that rubbish that you had eaten, especially when you’re diabetic because most of that rubbish you had eaten should already have been cut out with your diet plan, however perhaps you do not have a diet plan which brings me on nicely to the first way to lose weight if your diabetic.

Create a diabetic diet plan

Everyone who is diabetic has to watch what they eat some more than others, whether you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes it is something we all have to do. So why not take this a step further instead of just reading the back labels of your microwave meals and cans of beans, prepare your own meals cook them up from scratch. Sure this may sound hard but really it is not, now I may be able to say this because before I had diabetes I was already cooking my own meals daily but even if I were not the meals I do cook are really simple and easy. There are plenty of eBooks and informational guides out there with some real treasured recipes for diabetics to cook with some tasty desserts, they are on my website. It’s all about measuring the quantities and cooking with that measurement in mind.

By creating your own diabetic diet plan you have full control over the ingredients you add and obviously this is a massive bonus as this can affect your cholesterol blood pressure and your weight which can have large adverse affects on your diabetes.

When creating your diet plan keep in mind measurements of each ingredient write it all down and mix them up a little, you don’t want to be eating the same food every day believe me that gets very boring (I had to eat porridge for 2 years 3 times a day).

Atkins diabetic diet

The Atkins diabetic diet is part of the large series of Atkins diets. The Atkins diabetic diet allows three different levels of meal plans, starting with 20 grams of carbohydrates per day, then going to 40 carbohydrates per day then ending at 60 grams of carbohydrates per day. However the authors of the Atkins books do advise people to customise the diet plans to suite themselves as obviously everyone is different.

Exercise

If you’re diabetic like anyone else exercise can be a great way of losing weight however it should be discussed with your doctor first and carefully measured. I cannot make this any clearer, exercise can affect your diet and your blood levels severely if not measured and can have major impacts on your health and diabetes. However don’t let this put you of exercising. If you are careful and plan out a routine where you can measure the amount of calories you burn from doing the exercise you can ensure that you do not put your self in any risks. Also be sure to research what types of exercise have different affects on your body and blood levels as some exercise can have immediate affects on your blood sugar levels where as others may take a couple of hours to take affect.

Diabetic birthday cake recipes

This article has some top tips for making a diabetic birthday cake for anyone who craves cakes even if they are diabetic, I know I do. Obviously diabetics are still allowed sugar just not in the quantities of most people. But everyone has a sweet tooth and when it comes to your birthday you are craving that birthday cake.

Here are some top tips when you are planning to make a diabetic birthday cake.

1. The first tip of mine is to use a sugar substitute instead of granulated sugar in the diabetic birthday cake.

2. Plan the cake out well, make sure there is not too much icing as this contains a lot of sugar. Make the icing with a low sugar topping or even try an alternative to icing such as fruit or cream.

3. Fashion the cake with sugar free candy to make it look aesthetically pleasing to anyone.

Other ideas are going for a totally different diabetic birthday cake such as an apple cake or another sort of fruit cake. How about a carrot cake, personally I hate carrot cake but some people can live of it. Angel cake is also another common alternative to a birthday cake as it has a lower level of sugar.

If all this sounds a bit to hard and confusing, a little too much effort before your friend/family members birthday you can buy many useful guides/cookbooks on diabetes.

There are some great guides and eBooks out there with a lot of really useful information for people suffering from diabetes these are just two of the ones i found which were a great help to myself.

The Diabetes Guide

Diabetic dessert recipes

The large array of content that is now available on the internet is amazing not only does it give people something to read for endless hours it helps us people with diabetes to shop, buy and educate ourselves with vital information for our illness.

This article takes a look at diabetic dessert recipes how they differ from regular recipes whilst they may look the same from taking a quick glimpse if you read over the information carefully you will realise that diabetic recipes include very accurate and in depth information on the carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals that are contained with in each ingredient. Many sites don’t just include recipes they include guides on how to cope with diabetes whether its type 1 or type 2, there are all sorts of guides and articles that both express people’s own experiences of suffering from diabetes to others who merely advise diabetics on what to eat what not to eat, how to create a diabetic meal plan, how to not let diabetes affect your life too much.

However there are few sites or guides which include everything you need to know about diabetes in my earlier days of suffering from diabetes I found my self surfing the internet daily to find some information that was vital to me, although I come across some really good guides (The Diabetes Guide) and articles I never was able to find one guide with all the knowledge on diabetes that I needed. However one day I did find this and it has now helped me to educate others on diabetes.

If your wanting to completely heal your diabetes then read this review it is one i did a couple of days ago, and i definitely recommend this program for anyone who is really serious about healing their diabetes.

List of foods for diabetic to eat

Firstly I would like to state that I am diabetic and I find it very difficult to create a diabetic diet plan and find foods that are good for me to eat. However after I bought a couple of eBooks, especially this one which I recommend a lot The diabetes guide and did a lot of research I found the information I was looking for and now I am going to share it with you.

The recommended daily calories for someone with diabetes is usually around 1200-1800 calories and consists of 50%-60% carbohydrates 12%-20% protein and not more than 30% fats. Now that is just a basic outline of what your daily intake should be I will go in to more detail below.

Some must haves for people with diabetes are Alpha-lipoic acidthis is like a vitamin and it helps enhance the glucose uptake and improves diabetes nerves damage.

Secondly we have Omega 3 which helps to protect against the hardening of arteries.

The last one I would like to recommend is artificial sweeteners obviously everyone who suffers from diabetes knows that sugar should be kept to a low level in your diabetic diet plan so you can use alternatives such as aspartame and saccharin.

Foods that diabetics should avoid are high fat foods this is a big no no as well as foods with a lot of sodium. As well as this you should restrict the amount of alcohol you intake if you can just do not drink alcohol at all as this can cause health problems like liver damage and increase the risk of heart disease.

Foods for diabetics:

Carbohydrates: Bran, oats, porridge
Fruit: apple, citrus, berries, peaches, pears, plum, and rubard.
Vegetables - cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumber, onions, lettuce, olives, peas, pepper spinach, broccoli and tomatoes.

Proteins: Vegetables - beans, lentils, millet, soybeans
Free range chicken and turkey (skinless)
Lean cut of meats – pork, veal, beef and lamb.
Free-ranged chicken eggs.

Fat: Vegetables oils - sesame, soybean, sunflower, Avocados,
Poultry: mackerel, tuna, herrings and salmon.
Unsaturated margarine

Ensuring you know what you should and should not eat if you suffer from diabetes is essential in keeping diabetes under control and having a good diabetic diet plan is part of this.
